Dave has owned and operated The Plan Shoppe, a custom home design business, since 1975 and has drawn construction plans for thousands of new homes throughout his career. He has also worked in local government agencies with experience on both sides of the desk. He thoroughly understands building codes, local ordinances, the building trades, politics, and all stages and processes of construction from concept to reality.
Dave graduated from the School of Architecture at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma, and is currently living the dream in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, USA. Dave is married with two children.
